Ground floor has open kitchen where you can see your doitchi's getting ready and 1st floor has live bakery were they bake their breads. I came to know that they don't serve breads which are older than 6 hours. Each breads that are left after 6 hours are replaced with new lot. So you can be sure your breads are as fresh as it should be.
Vegetarian place, It has the same concept like Subway, Mcd, KFC etc. Where you place the order, collect your food and eat at your table. New thing was that you can customize your doitchi from six different types(Asian, Indie, Italian, Mediterranean, Mexican and even Jain).
We started with their bottomless "Khatta Masala" & "Pinky Ponky" drinks. The plus side you can refill them all you want once you bought them. "Khatta Masala" was superb, "Pinky Ponky" was on a sweeter side if that's your preference.
"Doballs" are a must to start your food with. Perfectly cheesy. Dips provided with it were awesome.
I don't eat salad mostly, But saw this one "Sombrero" with nachos in it so decided to go with it. So glad i tried that. It's made with Chipotle Vinaigrette, Which tasted yum. I never expected Salad to taste this good.
Also had "Nachos", Which were kind of good. But i wish i had gone for other items in their menu instead of it. But my friend wanted more nachos so :(.
Coming to Doitchi's, We ordered one from there Supreme Doitchi range which was "Paneer Melt". And it justified it's name in taste. Juicy cheese, Very fresh and soft bread and same goes for Paneer. This was so awesome you wouldn't need any dips with it. But don't forget to try the dips even though. Because they were as good as Doitchi. This one is for those who need there doitchi a little on spicy/tangy side.
From the self customize doitchi's, we went for "Mediterranean" one. We were getting confused with the names of sauces and toppings on which there staff helped us well. And it too was good. Will sure want to try out other options some time.
Completed our time there with two delicious desserts, "Indie Cheesecake" & "Molten Lava". As a chocolate lover i enjoyed "Molten Lava" more than the other one. Chocolate lava filled inside a brownie tasted very sweet. My friend liked the "Indie Cheesecake" more which was also nice. So i guess there is a dessert for every different taste-buds :).
Overall a very nice evening spent. It's been so long i felt that happy visiting a place. Again Perfect Ambiance, Very nice interiors, Informed and cooperative staff and to top it all it's a Vegetarian only place so you don't have to worry about your non-vegetarian friends who keeps on saying "Are ye Chicken try kar, Mast hai", Every-time you go out with them (Just saying :) ).
Must try from Me :- "Doballs", "Sombrero" salad, "Paneer Melt" Doitchi & "Molten Lava" Dessert.
